I rent here all of the time the employees are super nice. I have never had any problems. Great rates.
I'd give a zero star if possible. Reserved over a week in advance, only to be told when showing up to pick up vehicle that it wasnt available for us because the van we reserved had not made it back yet & that our credit was not "good enough" to rent from them. All of this AFTER they took all the money out of the bank account. If I'm not mistaken, that is what a RESERVATION is for...but luckily after being 4 hours late leaving for our trip, the lovely people at ENTERPRISE on Sunset Blvd in Lexington, got us in a car! I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional!
The worst service I have ever had to deal with! Reserved a car over a week ago, and I am now sitting in a line of about 15 other customers who have reserved cars with this company. Over an hour and waiting in hopes that I will actually get a car that I was duped into thinking that being prepared and setting up in advance would ensure me a car. NOT WITH THRIFTY CAR RENTAL.
(Shay is normally there when I rent) always explain that I must fill up at a gas station within so many miles of airport. I usually use the speedway that about 4 miles away. I show my receipt and explain that I need my original. The rep makes a copy and I'm given my receipt back. In regards to vehicle inspection before rental, If I see any damages to vehicle before I leave the lot I either call back and inform the rep or I return to the counter to make the adjustment to damage sheet in person. I've had a couple of paper tag bloopers however customer service has never been a problem when trying to resolve the issue. I always check my receipt when I turn in my rental. If I see any discrepancies I inform the rep and the matters handled. (No Problem for me at this location)
When we need to rent a vehicle, we always use Thrifty. The prices are cheap and reasonable. We have always received good customer service. I had to upgrade my rental and it was not a problem. The rep was even trying to find me the best price.
Thrifty columbia metropolitan is my go to rental when I'm at the airport. I walk to the counter and I'm straight forward about what I don't need. No insurance( I have my own coverage) No road side(I have that too). I've never had a problem with this. As for the gas receipts the representative
