I rent a car for 2 days but they charged me for 3 days, because I received the car at 2 PM, and returned it at 6 PM 2 days later. I told the attendant this is not fair and she replied this is the company policy. Go to hell!
Wonderful customer service from the counter to return. President Circle status honored upgraded to premium car. The young ladies assisting in the garage were superb.
Easy to book rental online. Needed it for a week. Cheaper to pick up at the airport. Front desk receptionist wasn't people-friendly. Other than that, good experience.
Everything went well with this rent and last one, two months this year and 6 weeks last December, respectably. No negative or complaint. One thing, though. Can you please explain me why I don't get any good and meaningful member points with these rentals? Thanks. Arnold Lee, Gold Member
Although it wasn't Hertz Columbia Airports fault, Rosa took impeccable care of us to make sure that our rental experience was all sorted out, under the correct name and billing. She exceeded expectations and corrected a problem that corporate and the NC airport Hertz weren't willing to help with. If you're need a car at Hertz, #CAE remember to ask for Rosa!!
