My visit at Enterpprise was a disappointing experience. We rented a vehicle and because they didn't have the type of vehicle that the insurance would cover. We had to get a larger vehicle (mini van) and had to pay for it. We were promised they would switch the larger vehicle for a mid size vehicle that insurance would cover. It's been 4 days never receive phone call to switch the vehicle out and now I am waiting see if we will be charged for their mistake. This use to be the best place to rent a vehicle from but not any more.
It was amazing to see how well this company work on our behalf for our comfort as visitors new tonyhe area. Will use again. Thank you!
The last car I rented was a Nissan Versa which had to be the cheapest car ever made. At the same time I still received the same service I have had for the last 2 years at this location.
This particular Enterprise is not only well-staffed with friendly and knowledgeable employees that have great customer service but they also go the extra mile for you. Well they did for me anyways . I could not have been happier with two of the employees in particular . Their name's are escaping me right now but I've got to go there Wednesday and I will do another review and put their name's! BUTTTTT- The one on Greystone Boulevard is absolutely HORRIBLE! I've had nothing but bad experience after bad experience after bad experience there along with absolutely some of the rudest employees ever not willing to help anybody out that's in a jam. I don't know how one place can be so horrible and the other so great. One of the great mysteries of Enterprise Rent-A-Car I guess LOL
My recent Enterprise rental experience was outstanding. The car that I reserved was originally unavailable due to the high volume for Homecoming, but Tim, the location Manager, and his staff, worked overtime to make it right!!! The car was PERFECT for our trip to KY to the National Horse Show! I was sad to turn in my car at the end of the trip because I had fallen in love with my fun ride!!!
