Great customer service. Only issue was I had requested a Mustang Convertible in my reservation. My spouse was looking forward to riding with the top down. When I got to airport to pick up, they did not have the requested Mustang and "upgraded" me to a Camaro SS. The Camaro was grerat and brought back memories of the first car I had when i met me wife, but missed the open air of the convertible.
The West Columbia Airport has one of the easiest and fastest National Car Rental facilities. Super friendly staff and a huge selection of vehicles on the Emerald Aisle. Job well done!
I truly enjoy the walk into a parking lot to choose the vehicle I want to drive because I like full size, light colored vehicles so that others will see me easily for safety reasons. And I am able to get on the road quickly to my destination. I hope long lines will become a thing of the past as National sets the example. Dropping off, I don't wait, I get out of vehicle and head toward airport, no waiting. I will see my bill in an email. No paper abuse! You can't beat this service.
