Had some carpet tiles drop shipped there, never been there before and I was directed quickly to the loading dock and someone was able to put the pallet right into my truck. Quick and easy.
This company helped us move a fragile piece of art from California to South Carolina when others wouldn't. They also are much cheaper than their competitors. Everything arrived safely and they were extremely courteous. I give them 6 Stars.
It's rare that a shipping company impresses me. In fact, it's rare that I'm not frustrated with one or another of them. However, kudos to Southeastern. Their drivers are more punctual and communicate with their customers. I'm quite impressed with the fact that after trying to track down a missing piece that a vendor had left off a shipment, the terminal manager took the time to call to verify that a resolution had been reached. It wasn't his or even the freight line's mistake, yet he took the time to follow up and make sure the problem was fixed. Well done, Larry!
