Slowest place ever! Don't go here if you need help immediately. Still waiting on cpap machine 5 weeks later. Did all studies immediately- no reason why it should take this long
Showed up 30 minutes early at building 1, didn't see the Sleep Solutions on the wall and found out by asking and walking around that this place is in building 2 on the other side of the complex. I waited on a golf cart they called a shuttle to take me to building 2 the wait was 20 minutes... I called to tell the office that I might be late and got an answering machine. When I got to the appointment I got a snobby reply that I was late and to reschedule and there is nothing she can do. This is the only in network place unless I drive to Dillon or Dillion, SC. Ugh I hope rescheduling it will work out since I know where to go. They should put this info on their paperwork that it is in building 2... There are about 4 different buildings, along with construction in this area. Everyone, except for that office was nice to me. I really regret having to return to this office...
The technician was professional and appeared to know her job well. She was patient and kind. The study was not hard to do and I learned what I needed to know.
