Today's visit wasn't as up to par as usual. There were no electric handicapped shopping carts available. The only one available was out of order. I couldn't find anyone to help me find what I needed. Luckily I was able to locate it on my own. Was also looking for a solar outdoor lamp on a post but no luck with that and no one around to ask. Substandard for Lowe's.

BUYERS BEWARE! I've been doing a entire home renovation and have spent thousands of dollars over the last 90 days at this location. I have collected over 80 receipts over this period. The cashiers all recognize seeing me in the store, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day in the beginning! Further into the reno I started buying extra to keep from making so many trips and just returning the parts I didn't use. The first couple returns I brought in my huge stacks of receipts and customer service didn't even look at them and gladly put the money back on my card. So becoming accustomed to the ease of this policy, I stopped bothering to bring my whole book of receipts and then the problem came. I came in last Saturday to simply exchange a 20 dollar gas valve for a different size and pick up another 200 dollars worth of parts and all I got was a headache and terrible customer service. The customer service rep refused to give me a refund, a gift card, or do an exchange without the paper receipt. I then ask for the manager which she call over and explained to him the item was brand new and in original packaging and I would like to simply exchange it for the right size. He literally looked at her and ask, " why not just give him a gift card?" She replied, "I can't system won't let me." So who is the manager?! I ended up leaving the store. From now on I will go to Home Depot or just order on Amazon.
I tried to find availability of washer and dryer over the phone, waited over and hour and never got called back after sales person told me she would call me back. Terrible customer service
Very slow slow slow service!! I should have gone with Home Depot. My hot water heater has been out for nearly three weeks. The delta Plumbing company came out on Tuesday to get the detail work done on what type of water heater I will need. They said Lowe’s will call back with the estimates. Still waiting!!! Y’all SUCK!!! Very poor customer service!! DO NOT GO THROUGH LOWES!!! I have learned my lesson!!! I deserve a discount and my detail work money back!! I’m speaking for ALL Lowe’s in the Columbia area!!!
