They have a lot of variety, but they really need to get new staff members the ones they have right now are always in a bad mood and are very rude. If you ask for help, they get an attitude.
Although I'm giving a 1 star, this is not a reflection of Ms. Mary. She went above and beyond, so if I could just rate her, she would get 10 stars. This 1 star rating comes as a result from two older black women that work there; they are absolutely terrible!!! And I am a black woman, so this is not coming from a racist. Not one time did they ask if I needed help and when I did get to the register to finish my shopping, that encounter was another story in itself. My shoe purchase was ringing up $5 more than the display showed, so I explained to one of the women that was not what the display showed. The customer service rep that was helping me showed the cashier exactly where the shoes came from and the price. Black lady #1 calls black lady #2 and they both showed me what the price should've been. Black lady #1 says " oh someone must've put them in the wrong place" and black lady #2 says, "yeah cuz I just did these last night"
So I said perhaps you put them in the wrong place, but they would not honor the $5 lesser price. And they rudely let me know they would not honor it. Needless to say, I did not purchase our shoes that totaled almost $60. I would rather pay full price at another store than give that store with terrible employees that lack proper customer service etiquette my money.
Staff is rude. Called the place to ask a question and they told me to call back in 10 minutes. I called back in 10 minutes and they hung up on me two times in a row. Don't waste your money
Lady identified herself as a 3rd key employee. She did not have good customer service skills when it came to looking at a shoe defect. She would not even try to rectify a problem from a shoe which was sold in her store. Then she tried to give a brief lesson to me about how retail stores and the manufacturing works. I am not at the store to learn about shoes but to make a shoe purchase. The Hispanic woman that wears the skirts is always helpful.
A lot of choices in sneakers. The service was good. The big negative was that to prevent theft, they only have one shoe in a box. If you try it on & want to try the mate you have to give them the shoe you have. You can't try on both shoes together! That's nuts! I did still manage to get a pair of shoes that fit.
