If you have any snakes to come in to your mobile home they will tell you that because you rent your home there that it is not up to them to get the snakes out it is up to you to get them out. And yes the man that should help keep the homes fixed up has messed with children and has been in jail for it, and is not worried about nothing there just to get paid so he can buy his beer and drugs. So please be careful on this place here.
The roads are rough and the maintenance man is a pervert. The owner is accused of being a part of the KKK. Personally the homes look nice. It's the internal business that could get messy.
They don't wanna fix anything after you move in and they don't tell you that there maintenance man is a 3 time convicted pedifile meaning he has messed with kids and they will send him in your home with your kids and not tell you this...
