The present people in the office are the worst people. I have 2 issues in my appartment i called them 20 times and went to the office 3 times but still haven't been fixed . they open at 9 i was waiting to report my issue they came at 9 am the other manager could open at 7am . If you are looking for appartment please don't come to park place (Riverbank apts)
Since new management has taken over there is a big difference. They have plans to make a lot of needed changes we are excited about.
These new people don't know how to manage their work . They don't care about your problems at your apartment.
Nice place to live. Under New Management. the name of the apartments now is Riverbanks retreat.
Ive been here since 2014 but it's been getting worse. There's been seveal shootings and people homes are being broke into and my car has been broken into. I've asked management multiple times to get me move to another building that they keep saying is available but they keep giving me the run around. I originally moved here because rent was cheap but now they jacked the rent up so high and nothing about the Apts have changed besides the name. I'd advise against moving here unless you have no other choice.
So this is the 3rd management for this complex and it's even worse. It's been a week since I've called for them to fix several things. Nothing has happened. I've been nice and polite however tomorrow I'll be sure to rip them a new one. Sick and tired of it
