After calling several companies, Love Plumbing was the only one who would come out at 6:00 that evening. Paul S. assessed the situation and clearly explained what needed to be done. Although, he was not able to complete the job that night, he returned early the next morning to do the work! Paul was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Love Plumbing when you are in need of service and definitely encourage you to ask for Paul S. to be your service provider!
We noticed a leak and called Love plumbing at around 10:00am. The receptionist we spoke to claimed same-day service was available and that someone would come out to our home after 12:00. We asked if Love plumbing would be able to detect the source of the leak before cutting into the walls/floors and were told 'yes.' By 1:00 no one arrived and we called back. The receptionist said they would call us when someone was available to come. We heard noting until after 7:00 that night. A different person was on the phone claiming that Love didn't want to send someone without knowing the source of the leak and that we should instead call a different company called American Leak detection.

The Gene Love company has always done great work for me every time I call them. Today was no different. Two days ago which happened to be Christmas eve , I spoke with Paul who is one of their plumbing service technicians. He was very professional over the phone and set the appointment up for the following Tuesday. Paul showed up today on time and ready to work. He explained the different options I had to fix the kitchen sink and once it was chosen he quickly fixed the sink and I couldn't be happier ! He does great work.
