It was nice but for the price, it should have had free breakfast and a better view. My view was the run down crack head motel on the other side of the pool. I would stay here again despite those two complaints. The steak was excellent and my server was excellent..I think his name was Frank? The best steak I've had in awhile.
I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. It's very clean. Beds are super comfortable. They have a great complimentary breakfast. The staff is great, friendly and helpful.
Great staff, from the front desk to the house keeping. When you stay visit the restaurant /bar, they are friendly and quick.
Have stayed at this property multiple times. Breakfast is subpar. Service is subpar. Get their voicemail when trying to book Corporate rates. My Sales Administrator simply refuses to deal with this property whatsoever. Hot water works half the time on the higher floors. Do not have a business meeting/function at this property.
I had an unexpected stay at the Holiday Inn West Columbia. My flight was cancelled and I was able to stay at this hotel for the night with a voucher from American Airlines. So although I was not a "paying" customer, I was treated as I was a VIP. First of all, Ryan, the shuttle driver had to come to the airport twice because I was in the wrong place to be picked up. Allison, at the front desk and on the phone was very sweet and kept me calm the whole time. I really appreciate Holiday Inn and their staff for making this unpleasant situation into a learning life experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable and great. Yes, I highly recommend staying here.
