I did not feel like the doctor wanted to help me. He didn't seem like he even wanted to be there. He was very offish. He didn't even touch my neck. I told them about the issues at the bottom of my neck and he just blew it off. I've been to the Urgent Care multiple times because the bottom of my neck keeps swelling. But Doctor Andrew didn't even look at the bottom of my neck. He didn't even feel it to see if anything was off. He just blew my symptoms off as acid reflux and walked out of the room. So I would not recommend seeing him. He does not seem to want to be there. It might have been an off day for him, but seriously. I was there for a reason. I feel like I've wasted money to go sit in his office. Tomorrow I go back to my regular doctor who I HOPE will help me figure out why the bottom of my neck keeps swelling.

Unimpressed with the bedside manner of Dr. Battiata. I was asked why I came in for an appointment and treated like I was wasting his time. I was referred by my primary care doctor. I came in after a severe ear infection that lasted over five weeks and he didn’t discuss preventative measures with me. I will just have to hope that I don’t get a similar infection ever again.
Take 11-14hrs to be seem worst place wealthy come first
Dr. Seybt is the best! She takes her time with her patients and really does her best to help in anyway that she can! I highly recommend her! You may have to wait a few weeks for an appointment but that is because she is the best!
