The store was up to date, they had self check out as well and the workers were very nice and I loved that you could order and it in at the small food court.
Staff treats everyone like they are the most important customer. I can shop anywhere but choose to shop here first.
Not much I like in fresh foods and deli. Very average. I don't feel its cost effective
I had a rain check. I was told I could only use one competitors coupon. Ok. I respect that. But to then tell me the product that I have a raincheck for wasn't on sale. And the cashier behind me saying couponers always trying to get over. How?! It was on sale I was only going to use one competitors coupon. For the lady at customer service to start throwing this around because I proved her wrong. Asked for customer service number. They refused to give it to me. Worst experience ever. Never will go back again!
Where can a formal complaint about employees and managers be made? I witnessed employees in the bakery laughing and joking about treating another customers cake order with “extra TLC” and then they began making spitting gestures. I found out later that the two individuals were Brandy and Deborah (apparently she is the manager over the bakery and deli). Beware if you ordered your cake on 11/14/17.
