As I walked into the store Derrick came right up to me to be of assistant. He took the time to make sure he explained everything so yhat I was clear on everything. His customer service was great. I think the knowledge he had helped out tremendously because remembering figures was no problem....that was good! I will recommend him and Sammy as Great Sales/Customer Reps.

Bought a furniture set (couch, love seat, ottoman, chaise lounge), made payments to pay it off completely before we brought the furniture. Were told to contact them two weeks before pickup so that could order from the manufacturer. Ok, not a big deal. We let them know one month in advance. We go to pick up the furniture when they said it would be there- only the couch was there. 2 weeks later and we still don't have the rest. They can't (won't) tell us when (or if) the rest will come.
Well, bought a mattress and box spring on 7/6/17. Friendly salesman. Was told that there is a one year warranty on our purchase. So okay. We bought it. Well we set it up and once my husband sat on the bed, the box spring broke! Sat on it for the first time! Well, it just got better. Contacted them, and spoke to someone about getting a replacement. Remember, under warranty. Had to go through so much trouble. Was emailed saying 3-4 weeks. Well, it's now Sept. 29th 2017 now 12 WEEKS LATER, still asking for pictures that I have already sent in several times! This is insane. PLEASE EVERYONE, YES THEY ARE INEXPENSIVE, BUT YOU MIGHT PAY IN THE LONG RUN. Good luck.
