Heard nothing but great things about this place and the people. Went up to see them on my lunch break, filled out a credit app, which in the first place is not so good but told me that they didn't really go off credit so it wouldn't be a problem. Was told I would get a call back. Waited weeks just for me to call back and was told I had to fill out another credit app and they would call me back. What the hell!? You forget about a person that had a trade in worth a little over $2,000 and a grand to give towards a newer vehicle? Let my credit wither even further down because you forget about your customers. Thanks.
Purchased a Chevy Silverado on 11/14. Cash! $9,330 to be exact. Here it is 12/30 my temp tag is expired. Have been calling every day for a week to get my tag and title. Now that it’s expired I call and let them know. I get told from Denise or whatever her name is...” the dmv is closed, if you get a ticket we will pay it. It won’t go against your points.” You know what? That’s not the point... it will still show up on a driving record... will you fix that? No! Truck has been slipping since day one...poor poor customer service.
I worked with Mike and Terry and they were a great help. I mentioned to them some of the issues I noticed while I test drive my new car and he said they will work on it expeditiously. I’m looking forward to picking up my car from them.
This is a great place to get a car from if you're looking for a vehicle with a lower down payment and reasonable monthly payments. If you go ask for Randolph, he's an honest guy and is always willing to help. Just bought an SUV from them and I absolutely love it!
It was a great experience. Chad was awesome we were having problems with our insurance and couldn't get a hold,of some one and he stayed to almost 9 pm. Way after hours, but my husband, little one, and I drove off in our new car. They are busy, but they were so very helpful. And made the car buying a little bit easier. I have to say we enjoy our suv. And chad, and mike was really great couldn't ask for a better experience.
